Policy Details

You can return your item 14 days from the date you received it.

Items that can’t be returned include: Discounted / Sale Items

For all returns, the only thing you need to include in your package is the purchased item.

Shipping Fees

  • Luminoome will cover shipping fees in when Items are damaged and/or defective, Customer did not order item.Other than that, you will be responsible for most return shipping fees.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return.

Restocking Fees

Luminoome does not charge restocking fees.

Process Details

To return your purchase from Luminoome, place the item securely in in its original packaging, if possible. Please mail your return to the following address:

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Luminoome will process your return.

  • Please allow at least 1 weeks to process your return.
  • Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
