Orders
Order ETA consists of processing time and shipping time. Once we receive your order, our warehouse and supply chain need to process your order (3-5 business days) customized and pre-sale products might take an extra processing period. Please note that items may ship separately to ensure that you receive them ASAP.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipment email with tracking no.Please check our Shipping Policy for more detailed info on ETA. You can log into your account for more details. Or use our online chat bot to track it by entering the correct order info.
In checkout page, you can fill in the coupon code in the "discount code" area, simply click apply and you are ready to go!
*Please note: ONLY ONE coupon code can be applied to each order.

Simply describe the reason of cancellation, and our customer service team will be with you ASAP and keep you updated. You will receive a confirmation email after it's been cancelled.
After receiving the shipping confirmation email. It might take 5-7 business days until the tracking code is active, all the shipping infos are updated through delivery service companies. There might be multiple possibilities causing this issue
1. Wrong or incomplete shipping address.
2. Invalid phone number, the delivery agent can not contact you regarding your order.
3. Unsuccessful delivery
Please refer to the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email first and contact the shipping company for more information. If you need assistance, contact support@luminoome.com or online chat.
We have warehouses in both California and Hongkong. Your items will be shipped from the nearest facility based on the stock level.
Please kindly check on if the packages was delivered to your mailbox or signed by your neighbors.
At the same time, call the shipping company providing with your tracking number and your ID card.

Returns & Exchanges
To start a return procedure, please explain the reason for returning the product and attach a proof of product condition (img/vid) and notify us in writing email (support@luminoome.com) within 14 days from the date of delivery of the relevant goods.

After we receive your return package, please allow 5 business days to confirm the condition and process the refund.
Please note: After the return issued, the amount should credited back to your original payment account.
Luminoome has no control over payment once we issue it, and return time is determined by your financial institution. Please contact your banking company for details.

1. Your order no.
2. The false item product name or SKU
3. A description of the issues with img. attached so we can better sort this out.
